Soulcial Community Guidelines & Safety Rules (v1.0)
Effective date: 2026-01-01
Soulcial is an adult dating app designed to help people meet in real life. These Community Guidelines & Safety Rules set out expected behaviour on Soulcial and in meetups that originate through Soulcial.
These Rules supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is any inconsistency, the Terms of Service will prevail. We may enforce these Rules under the Terms of Service.
1. Adults only (18+)
Soulcial is for adults only. If we have reason to believe a user is under 18, we may restrict access, suspend, or terminate the account.
2. Be authentic
Present yourself honestly and do not impersonate others. Do not use photos or information that materially misrepresent your identity. One person, one account (unless we approve otherwise).
3. Be respectful
Do not harass, threaten, intimidate, or repeatedly contact someone after they have indicated disinterest. Respect boundaries and consent at all times.
4. Keep content appropriate and lawful
Do not post, send, or share content that is:
- sexually explicit or pornographic;
- involving minors in any sexual/romantic context;
- hateful, discriminatory, or intended to degrade others;
- threatening violence, promoting self-harm, or facilitating illegal activity;
- infringing privacy or rights (including sharing others’ personal information without consent).
5. Privacy and safety
Do not share someone else’s personal information without clear consent. Do not attempt to contact or identify users outside Soulcial without permission. If you share content externally, you must not expose other users’ identities or private details. Nothing here prevents you from providing information to us for reporting, or to authorities where needed for safety or legal reasons.
6. No scams, no money requests, no commercial solicitation
Soulcial must not be used to request money, investments, gifts, or financial assistance, or to sell/solicit products and services without our written permission. Soulcial will never ask you in chat for passwords, SMS verification codes, or payments outside official channels shown in the app.
7. Meeting in person: safety reminders
Meeting is your choice and responsibility. We strongly recommend meeting in public places, informing someone you trust, and arranging your own transport. If you feel unsafe, leave immediately. Soulcial is not an emergency service — contact local emergency services if there is immediate danger.
8. Reporting and enforcement
You can report, unmatch, or block users (where available), or contact [email protected]. We may review reports and take action including warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination. We may also act on off-platform conduct where there is a clear link to Soulcial and credible risk to the community.
9. Updates
We may update these Rules from time to time. The latest version will be available in the app or on our website.
